Pricing and Structure

Initial Visit: We meet on-site to discuss your ideas, assess the space, and understand your goals.
Design Support: We help refine your plans, offering practical design advice and working with your architect if needed.
Estimate: You’ll receive a clear, itemised estimate with transparent pricing — no hidden costs.
On completion of the final designs you will get a fixed quote. A further instalment or payment plan may be arranged depending on the size and type of project.
Planning & Scheduling: We can assist with permissions (building control, planning, party agreements etc), agree on timelines, and schedule the work.
During the Project: Our skilled team delivers high-quality craftmanship with regular updates throughout the project.
Completion & Aftercare: We will carry out final checks, ensure you’re happy, and provide ongoing support after the job is done. Some projects will be left with a retainer to ensure client peace of mind.

We always take the lead on projects. On larger scale projects we will be assisted by other carefully selected local craftsmen.

Using computer aided design, together we will find the right design for you and your home. This will ensure that you know exactly what you are getting before any material is ordered and ensure there are no surprises upon completion.
We respect peoples homes and will always keep them as tidy as possible once work commences.
For the installation of built in furniture we will need space to work and assemble larger components. Please ensure that the room to be worked in is as clear as possible as well as the access.
